Thank you for thinking about purchasing ad space on The Canadian Million Dollar Web Site.

Terms and Conditions

1. Pixels are offered in 10 X 10 blocks. Therefore the minimum purchase is 1 block, which amounts to $100 CDN (Canadian dollars), with the maximum purchase being whatever space is still available.

2. You will be purchasing the nonexclusive right to have your ad appear on the "home" page of this web site (www.canadianmilliondollarwebsite.ca AND www.canadianmilliondollarwebsite.com) for as long as this site remains active, which I guarantee will be at least until February 1, 2011. However, I am not responsible for things beyond my control, such as, but not limited to, web host outages, advertiser's site content, World War III, alien invasion etc. Your web site will also be listed on the "Ad List" section of the web site in descending order of number of pixels purchased.

3. Purchases of up to $1000 (up to 10 blocks) will be handled by PayPal. For larger purchases, please e-mail me to make other arrangements.

4. All ads and the web sites they link to must be in the English language, and are subject to approval upon purchase. Acceptance will be based on my sole discretion, but reasons for disqualification include any images that are likely to be considered obscene or pornographic, illegal or hateful content etc. Animated ads will also not be accepted.

5. You must have the legal right to use any submitted ad graphics and/or to link to the submitted web site.

6. Ad graphics must be the exact size and shape purchased. If you don't have an ad graphic, I can provide you with some help in creating one with the understanding that I am not a graphic designer. I reserve the right to charge extra for this service.

7. Ads will not be approved until payment has been received and verified.

8. Once your ad is initially approved, it will usually appear on this web site within 24 hours, but I reserve the right to take longer if a large number of ad requests come in at the same time. If your ad is not initially approved, you will have the option to make changes or receive a full refund.

9. Once an approved ad has appeared on this web site, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. If there is a mistake in your ad or link, and it is identified within a reasonable period of time, you MAY be allowed to submit an updated ad graphic or URL. You will not be permitted to change your ad graphic or URL for any other reason.

10. If at any time the content of your web site changes such that it no longer meets my acceptability criteria, you will be notified and given an opportunity to correct the issue, but your ad will be removed at that time until the issue is resolved. If the issue persists or happens repeatedly, your ad will be removed permanently and your pixels will be made available for purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN in this case.

11. If at any time you wish your ad to be removed from this site, it will be removed, and your pixels will be made available for purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

12. By placing an order, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
